Each one with us has places to go, people to see, responsibilities and deadlines to meet, tests to write, life always pressing. In the midst of this, relationships to maintain with your spouse, children, parents, friends, colleagues. The best way to build a relationship is to create the right environment-not overly critical, judgmental, bossy or touchy but forgiving, compassionate and loving. This alone is a continuous process.

But there is another relationship that promises to keep you refreshed and at peace and empower you to keep at the rest-spending time with your heavenly Father. He is not judgmental, but waiting every day anew with open arms just like His Son Jesus Christ with out-stretched arms at the cross. He is waiting to love you into wholeness and to give you daily wisdom. God’s desire is to be a loving God to you, to talk to His child, a privilege which was bought at the highest price, the death of His only Son. God sees further then we do and He knows what He is doing. Put your trust in Him, pray and listen, God speaks to His children and His children hears His voice.
