31 Days of digging deeper into the Bible

Tomorrow is October 1^st! I am joining a community of writers where we will be sharing every day on a topic that matters to us. I chose Jesus and finding Him in all the little details of the Bible where He is concealed. He is right there; we just need to look for Him.

The presence of Jesus in the Bible is endless. It is all about God’s love story with us, which He accomplished through the sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross.

Many people, including myself for a long time, thought that Jesus can only be found in the New Testament of the Bible, but that is not true. He is found in every book of the Bible.

I would like to invite you to join me on this 31 day Bible study about exposing Jesus in the Bible. We will not be able to go through every passage where Jesus can be found, but we will look at some of the passages which will hopefully equip you with a strategy and hunger to look more for Jesus when you continue to study your Bible in your own spare time.

I will be sending one email each day throughout the month of October. If this is going to be too much for you, please just bear with me. Everything will turn back to normal again in November.

I would like to begin this study by dedicating it to our Abba Father and invite Him to reveal His beloved Son Jesus Christ to us in a new and fresh way that will take root in our hearts that will not be stolen by any lie from the enemy.

Father God, we come and sit at Your feet and we surrender our hearts and minds to You. We invite You to expose Jesus to us in the details of Your Word. With you as our Teacher, You are able to bring to our attention the smallest details which we can miss so easily. Quiet our minds Teacher and guide us through Your powerful Word. Teach us the blessing of Jesus which is there in Your Word, waiting for us to find it. Let us not miss any detail but reveal it all to us so that our hearts, minds and spirits can be enlightened and uplifted through the knowledge of Christ which You so dearly encourage us to develop throughout Your Word.

Thank you Father, our Teacher as through Your Holy Spirit You teach us in all ways.

In Jesus’ Name we pray, Amen.
